Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (e.g., pecans, walnuts)
  • As needed Toppings (e.g., crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, sprinkles, or melted chocolate)

Instructions
 

  • Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until smooth and well incorporated.
  • If using, fold in optional mix-ins like mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, or chopped nuts to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Scoop out portions of the mixture with a spoon or cookie scoop and roll them into small balls using your hands. If it’s sticky, dust your hands with powdered sugar.
  • Place the cheesecake balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • After chilling, optionally roll the cheesecake balls in crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, or sprinkles for extra texture and flavor.
  • Serve chilled with your choice of dippers like graham crackers, fruit slices, or pretzel sticks, and enjoy

Notes

These cheesecake balls require no baking. You can customize them with different flavors & ingredients like cinnamon lemon juice or caramel. For a smoother texture blend in heavy cream or milk.
