Notes

A single serve sugar cookies is great for satisfying sweet cravings without baking many. Underbake it slightly if you want a softer, chewier texture. Customize your cookies by adding chocolate chip sprinkles or other mix-ins to suit your taste. For a fun twist, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking to enhance the sweetness with a touch of saltiness. For unique flavors, you can also experiment with different extracts, like almonds or lemon. ☺️
